Orders typically ships 3 days after the order is logged. After that you have the option to chose the shipping method, and that could be from next day to a week, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Any errors in material, design, or printing will be fully refunded or reproduced and shipped with no additional cost to you.

Absolutely, we specialize in custom works  using any of the mediums we use. Just get in touch with us and we can review your request and provide a quote.

For photos, the acceptable formats are: JPG, PNG, TIFF. BMP. Optimal resolution is 300 dpi. Thumbnail-sized jpg and gif files are not at a high enough resolution to use on large prints like canvas.

For laser engraving, vector files are also suitable.

You must own the rights to any photos you ask to be reproduced.
